Human rights, for me, constitute a consensual international standard of conduct. They are meant to guide the actions of States, businesses and individuals in contexts of complexity and asymmetry of power.
Dialogue with all affected parties is a condition for legitimacy.
I consider empathetic listening and respectful disagreement are essential to any meaningful decision-making process.
I am an independent consultant in Business & Human Rights, specialising in access to justice, remediation strategies and stakeholder engagement in complex organisational contexts.
My work operates at the intersection of legal analysis, institutional design and strategic decision-making, particularly in situations where risks, conflicts or impacts cannot be addressed through formal compliance alone.
I support organisations in developing credible, context-sensitive responses aligned with international human rights standards.
My areas of focus include:
– Human rights due diligence and responsible business practices
– Stakeholder and rights-holder engagement processes
– Access to justice and remediation framework design
– Strategic advisory in high-risk or high-impact contexts.
I work with demanding, high-achieving professionals who refuse to compromise their intellectual growth due to time constraints or professional responsibilities.
I help structure ambitious intellectual work — including doctoral theses and advanced research projects — so that excellence becomes executable.
